Additional Fees

• Extension Beyond 12:00 MN: ₱950.00/hour
• Latest allowable end time: 2:00 AM

Cancellation Policy / Reservation Guidelines

Reservation

• Client must sign the Reservation Agreement and Breakage/Damage Bond Deposit with Esna Realty & Development Corp. (ESNA Rooftop).
• 50% down payment is required to confirm the reservation.
• Without down payment, reservation is not confirmed.

Treat the space with care and respect at all times.

Keep noise levels within acceptable limits, especially during nighttime bookings.

Only registered guests and crew members are allowed inside.
